Booking Policy

Booking fee is required to secure time slot as slots are locked in on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Reservation fee is non-refundable and is charged for the truck’s presence at the event (does NOT include ice cream). Ice cream cost includes tax. Cost of booking fee includes gas, employee hourly wage, taxes, fees, insurance, etc. Mama Emily's Sweet Treats reserves the right to re-schedule in the event of inclement weather if it is deemed to be too unsafe to drive the truck to event location. In the event of inclement weather, efforts will be made to reschedule per truck availability. All other non-weather related requests for re-scheduling are at Mama Emily’s Sweet Treats' discretion/availability and must be requested at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot cancel another scheduled event if it conflicts with your newly requested time/date.

Equipment Policy

A Non-Refundable Booking fee is required to secure time slot as slots are locked in on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. A Refundable deposit will be returned in full upon the receipt of equipment in the same working condition and cleanliness as it was picked up in. Partial or No deposit maybe given in cases of damage and untidiness. Requests for re-scheduling are at Mama Emily’s Sweet Treats' discretion/availability and must be requested at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot cancel another scheduled event if it conflicts with your newly requested time/date.
