  • What type of COVID precautions do you take?

    We ask that patrons stand 6 feet apart while waiting in line whenever possible. All ice cream is pre-packaged-no food from truck is ever exposed to employees of Mama Emily's at any time. 

  • How does this work?

    Once you reserve the truck for your event, we will arrive at your event at the scheduled time. The host can either opt to purchase all ice creams or allow individual purchase. If the host would like to purchase the ice creams for their guests, the driver will tally up all purchases and provide a final cost at the end of the event.

  • How long will the truck be at my event?

    The truck will be at your event for no longer than 1 hour. The truck will spend about 45-50 minutes providing ice cream to guests and the final 10-15 minutes will be for payment and cleanup.

  • How much are the ice creams?

    Ice creams range from $3.00 to $8.50 but the majority of ice creams are either $4.00 or $5.00.

  • Can I pre-pay for a certain amount of ice cream for my event/party?

    Yes. Contact us to discuss the cost for pre-payment total.

  • What is the reservation fee for?

    The reservation fee locks the time/date in for your event and makes it yours. During our busy season many people want the same times and this ensures that people who are serious about the event get it on a first-come, first-serve basis. This fee also assists us with our costs associated with the truck such as gas, insurance, etc.

  • Do you have a specific 'route' for the neighborhoods?

    Unfortunately due to the huge demand for the truck at events, it is not possible to have a set schedule for neighborhoods however we will do our best to come through the streets as often as possible.
